BUILDATHON
Build Software. Learn Engineering. Grow as a Developer.
Buildathon is the flagship team-based competition of Genesis 2.0. Teams work with mentors to design, build, and ship real software — evaluated on engineering quality, clean architecture, and code that actually works.
Alongside the main project, teams receive two live challenges assigned randomly via a spin wheel — a surprise functional feature (Phase 1) and a real-world production incident or constraint (Phase 2). This trains teams in genuine industry conditions: adapting architectures mid-sprint and hardening software under real-life pressure.
“A simple idea, engineered exceptionally well, will always outperform a brilliant idea with poor implementation.”
Notice:Main meals will not be provided during the event. Only light snacks and refreshments will be served.
